As part of a cross-functional delivery team, I helped build and evolve a connected digital ecosystem across web, iOS, and Android.
Scope and Responsibilities
- Delivered core user flows for adding, organizing, and managing household belongings in a digital catalog.
- Built experiences across a customer-facing website and companion iOS and Android applications.
- Connected front-end experiences with backend services to persist inventory data and keep records available across platforms.
- Collaborated with product, design, and engineering stakeholders over multiple release cycles to improve usability and reliability.
Outcome
The initiative gave policyholders a practical way to maintain a digital home inventory, making it easier to document possessions and prepare for insurance claims.
